Spectacular Villa
The Villa is located 1 km from the town of Beniarres in the Alicante region of Spain although just a short walk to the bars restaurants bank and supermarket the Villa seems totally secluded as it is nestled between the hills that surround the lake..
We run exclusively on solar power and hope in the future to drill our own well to make us as low impact as possible while still offering the creature comforts of home. I am happy to bore anyone who is interested on the set up and details of the system
The Villa is separated into a 3 Bedroom Villa upstairs and a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs , it sleeps 14 people comfortably . 2 Kitchens 1 upstairs and one downstairs , 3.5 bathrooms and plenty odf seating inside and outside the villa .
2019 added Air conditioning and improved solar power systems , Wifi throughout the villa, Central Heating zero carbon pellet and log system.
Why here ....
Well apart from the obvious breathtaking beauty of the area , the lake the wildlife the Villa is based within the key cycling and climbing area of southern Spain . And yet I can be at Alicante Airport within an hour and into the centre of Valencia in 70 minutes.

I now live in a truly wonderful area of Spain, opening my home up to guests who I hope enjoy it as much as I do
I run guided rides 3 times a week from the Villa for all abilities ... however if you are still racing you will undoubtably rip my legs off
SERVICES
Groups and Fiestas
The accommodation is very spacious offering generous room sizes and can easily sleep up to 14 people , larger groups are welcome to use the pool chill out with friends and listen to music and dance. Paella pan Barbeque are all all avialable
Activities
The Villa allows easy access to some epic road cycling , it is only 8km from one of the few BTT mountain Bike centres in The Alicante region. The climbing crags in the area are also well known. For the more leisurely days there are walks including the old railway line from Gandia to Alcoy , wildlife in abundance , fishing in the lake and of course some excellent Local food and Wine Kayaking on the lake is available with 1 and 2 prson kayaks available
HIGHLIGHTS
The villa is seclued and quiet , but only a walk of 10 minuted to the village with all the amenities . A day in Valencia , a day at the coast or a trip to the water parks can all be arranged . It is off grid living at its best , rainwtaer harvesting , solar power and a well will soon be installed . Come and experience Spain at its best
